1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account, buying the course or using plutoscan.com, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use PlutoScan.

2. Not financial advice

PlutoScan provides general education about cryptocurrency. Nothing in the course, the Research Scanner, the data widget, the glossary or any message from us is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

Cryptocurrency is highly volatile. You can lose some or all of the money you put in. Before making financial decisions, do your own research and consider speaking with a licensed professional.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• Your account is for one person. Don't share it or sell access to it.
• Tell us promptly at support@plutoscan.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Purchase and access

• PlutoScan Full Access costs $16.99 USD as a single payment, processed by Stripe. There's no subscription and no recurring charge.
• "Lifetime access" means access for as long as PlutoScan operates the course. If we ever close the course, we'll give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email.
• Your purchase includes updates we make to the course and Research Scanner.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy: within 14 days of purchase, if you've completed fewer than 25% of the lessons.

5. Using the course content

The lessons, videos, quizzes, glossary, Research Scanner and site design belong to PlutoScan. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, resell, republish or share the paid content, or use it to build a competing course.

You may share the free mini-lesson and the Scanner summaries you create, as long as you credit PlutoScan.

6. The Research Scanner and market data

• The Scanner produces an educational "research-readiness" score from public data and your own answers. It doesn't predict prices or measure whether an asset is a good investment.
• Market data comes from CoinGecko and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We don't guarantee its accuracy.
• Links to project websites and other third-party sites are for convenience. We don't control or endorse them. Always verify a link before connecting a wallet.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use PlutoScan to break the law, attempt to bypass the paywall or access other users' data, overload or attack the service, or scrape content in bulk.

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

PlutoScan is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PlutoScan isn't liable for any investment losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

9. Ending access

You can stop using PlutoScan and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing logins or redistributing paid content.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll email account holders. Continuing to use PlutoScan after a change means you accept the updated terms.
